Proxy iOS & Android

Capture traffic from iPhones, iPads, simulators, and Android.

MinPin can proxy other devices on your network. The general flow:

1. Find your Mac's LAN IP (MinPin shows setup instructions under Help).
2. On the device, set the Wi-Fi HTTP proxy to <your-mac-ip>:8080.
3. Install and trust MinPin's CA on the device (visit the CA download URL, install the profile, enable full trust).
4. Enable SSL Proxying for the hosts you want to decrypt.

iOS Simulator

The Simulator shares your Mac's network, so captures appear automatically once the CA is trusted in the simulator.

Android

Set the Wi-Fi proxy and install the CA as a user (or system) certificate. Note that Android apps targeting modern API levels may not trust user CAs without a network-security-config.
