Short version: 14-day, no-questions money-back guarantee on MinPin PRO, handled through Paddle. Your statutory consumer rights still apply on top of this.

14-day money-back guarantee

If MinPin PRO isn't right for you, email support@minpinproxy.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no interrogation. We'd appreciate a one-line note on why, so we can improve.

Try before you buy

MinPin has a free tier so you can evaluate the core capture and inspection features before purchasing. We encourage you to use it first.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@minpinproxy.com from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your Paddle order ID or the receipt email.
  3. We process the refund through Paddle, our merchant of record. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

On refund, your PRO license is deactivated and MinPin returns to the free tier.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion — if something is genuinely broken, tell us and we'll make it right (a fix or a refund). Subscription renewals can be cancelled any time to stop future charges; cancel before the renewal date.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any mandatory refund or consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence; nothing here limits those rights. As merchant of record, Paddle may also apply its own buyer terms.
