SSL decoding is opt-in per host. Trust the CA (guide), then enable SSL proxying for that domain (guide).
Check that MinPin is set as your system or per-app proxy and that recording is on. The troubleshooting guide covers the usual causes.
Open MinPin → Settings → License, paste your key, and click Activate. Details on License & Activation.
